2,事前決済特別プランに対応できるお客様には
後ほど、基本プラン合計料金(お振込み金額)をメールでご案内致します。

3,銀行口座へメールでご案内の金額お振込みをお願いします。

返金/返品条件 (キャンセルポリシー)
ご予約をいただきお振込みいただいた時点でキャンセルはできません。
キャンセルの場合は、お振込みいただいた全額がキャンセル手数料とさせていただきます。
お振込み頂きましたら、いかなる場合でも返品、返金は出来かねますので、ご了承ください。また、ヘア、着付け、衣装レンタル全てのメニューが退店後の返金も出来かねますのでご了承下さい。
当日の着物レンタル人数追加・着物グレードアップは可能ですが、着物グレードダウン・レンタルプラン、ご利用人数を減らす事はできません。

退款/退貨政策
付款完成後無法取消。
如果取消預訂，則全額轉賬將作為取消費用。

Refund / return policy (cancellation policy)
Cancellations cannot be made once the reservation has been paid.
In case of cancellation, the full amount of the transfer will be the cancellation fee.
Please note that no returns or refunds will be made in any case once the transfer has been made. Please note that the menu for all hair, makeup, dressing, and costume rentals cannot be refunded after leaving the store.
It is possible to increase the number of kimono rentals and upgrade kimonos on the day, but it is not possible to reduce the number of kimonos and reduce the number of people.
